摘要 采用液体培养法,对两种微生物酵素抑菌功效进行评价。结果表明:膏状酵素对大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌以及三种痤疮病原菌(014、015、016)的抑制率分别为19.21%、33.20%、38.01%、50.07%、97.35%、98.46%,粉状酵素分别为33.15%、0、5.02%、67.65%、32.43%、0。通过对使用酵素洗面奶前后人面部菌的分离培养也可以看出,膏状酵素和粉状酵素都有一定的抑菌功效。 Evaluate the anti-germ efficacy of two kinds of microbial ferment through liquid culture. The results showed that the anti-germ efficacy of the pasty one on EC, PA, SA, 014, 015, 016 (three kinds of germ lead to acnes) were 19.21%、33.20%、38.01%、50.07%、97.35%、98.46% respectively; and the powder one were 33.15%、0、5.02%、67.65%、32.43%、0, respectively. Cultivate the germ which was separated from people's faces before and after washing using microbial ferment facial wash, we could see that both of the pasty and the powder microbial ferment have the ability of anti-germ.
