摘要
用紫外分光光度法对葡萄糖依诺沙星、乳酸诺氟沙星及托拉塞米进行直接测定,用化学计量学中的主成分分析法、偏最小二乘法对数据进行处理。波长范围为240~300nm,隔1nm采集数据,方法操作简单,无需过多的分离,其相对标准偏差分别为6.87%、6.90%。
Several chemometric methods included partial least squares, principal component regression were applied to the determination of Enoxacin. gluconate and Norfloxacin Lactate Torasemide . The spectrophotometric data between240 nm and 300 nm were collected at 1 nm intervals. The optimum conditions for the determination of each component were evaluated. The best relative predictive errors are 6. 87% ,6.90% , respectively.
