西北旱砂田西瓜抗旱性鉴定指标与方法初探 被引量:8

摘要 采用盆栽试验对土壤干旱胁迫下7个西瓜杂交组合及其亲本材料的幼苗生长和生理指标进行测定,以筛选抗旱性鉴定指标。结果表明:干旱条件下,幼苗的干物质积累量、根冠比和叶片相对含水量均有不同程度的降低,抗旱性越弱则降幅越大;叶片细胞膜透性、脯氨酸含量则有不同程度的升高,抗旱性越弱则细胞膜透性越大、脯氨酸含量增幅越小。结合旱砂田栽培条件下各杂交组合的田间产量表现,应用隶属函数法对15份参试材料进行了综合评价。各测定指标的胁迫指数与隶属函数平均值及产量存在一定的相关性,可用于西瓜品种或育种材料的早期抗旱性鉴定。 The growth and physiological characteristics of 7 watermelon varieties and their parents were studied by artificial drought stress in pots, so as to filtrate identification indices for drought resistance. The result indicated that the accumulation amount of dry matters,the root-top ratio( R/T), relative water contents(RWC) were decreased by different degrees under dry conditions. The weaker drought resistance, the bigger decreasing ratio; while cell plasma membrane permeability,and praline (Pro) contents were increased. The weaker is drought resistance, the bigger is cell plasma membrane permeability, and the smaller is praline contents amplitude. Combining the yields of various hybrid combina- tions under cultivation conditions of gravel-mulched land, comprehensive evaluation was carried out on these indices by subordinate function value. There are correlations between index, subordinate function average value and yield of watermelon. So we can use the growth and physiological indices of watermelon for early prediction of drought resistance.
