2008年8月，取自希腊奥林匹克的圣火在北京点燃。国际奥林匹克运动会选择了一个生机勃勃的发展中国家，发展的中国把握了一个不可多得的历史性机遇。举办好奥运会，必然要服务好奥运会，奥运会前后，将有数以百万计的海内外游客云集中国，这既是对中国金融服务能力的巨大考验，也是金融机构展示优质服务的广阔舞台。
For China, hosting Olympic Games is an opportunity as well as a severe test for f inancial service capability. As the largest bank in China, ICBC has been shouldering his responsibility to provide first-rate financial services for guests from all over the globe. Reporters of China Urban Finance interviewed the branches of Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Qingdao, Shenyang and Qinhuangdao, and witnessed their efforts for serving Olympics, as a part of ICBC’s contribution to the 'unique and high-level' Olympic Games in Beijing.
