摘要
利巴韦林为一种高效广谱抗病毒核苷类药物,文章对利巴韦林的合成方法、原理和优缺点进行了概述。利巴韦林合成方法主要包括化学法、酶促法和发酵法三种;其中化学法的研究最为广泛,酶促法的工业化前景最为广阔,而发酵法仍不成熟。
Ribavirin (1-β-D-ribofuanosyl-1,2,4-triazole-3-carboxyamide) is a antiviral nucleoside agent with high efficiency. Its synthetic methods, reaction principle and advantages and shortcomings of synthesizing ribavirin are reviewed in this article. The synthetic methods of ribavirin can be divided into chemical synthesis, enzymatic process and zymolytic synthesis. Among them, the chemical synthesis has been researched extensively; the enzymatic process has the broad industrial prospects; and the zymolytic synthesis is still immature.
