摘要
结合故障率衰减和年龄减小两种典型预防性维修策略,建立了一种适合设备维修现场特征的混合预防性维修模型.引入了可靠度约束条件,建立了单位时间平均维修费用优化模型,通过求解模型获得了兼顾维修成本和可靠度关系的最佳预防性维修策略,并采用随机变量评估混合预防性维修的效果.以故障时间符合威布尔分布的造纸机设备为例,运用混合预防性维修优化模型进行求解,得到了最佳预防性维修策略,使设备在可靠度约束条件下的平均维修费用比10种维修方案的平均水平降低了10.11%,比最高费用降低了21.05%.在可靠度约束条件下带有随机参数的混合预防性维修优化模型可以实现在满足最低可靠度标准下单位时间平均维修费用最低的目标,为维修计划的制定和现场作业调度提供决策支持.
A hybrid preventive maintenance model for equipment maintenance features was established based on two maintenance strategies of equipment failure rate decay and age decrease. Reliability constraint condition was introduced to the mathematical model for optimization of average maintenance cost in unit time. The optimal preventive maintenance strategy could be achieved to balance maintenance costs and reliability relations. Random variable was used to assess the effect of the hybrid model. The hybrid preventive maintenance model for a paper machine equipment which met the failure time Weibull distribution was solved to obtain the optimal preventive maintenance strategy. In the strategy, the maintenance cost decreased 10.11 % to the average cost and 21.05% to the maximum cost. Simulation shows that the hybrid model based on reliability constraint can realize the minimum average cost per unit time in meeting the minimum reliability standard. This approach can be used for scheduling the maintenance plan and provide the decision support for job shop scheduling.
