当前高职校企合作存在的问题及对策研究

Problems Existing in Enterprise-College Cooperation in Higher Vocational Education and Countermeasure

随着我国职业技术教育的快速发展,当前高职校企合作面临着一些新问题,如高职院校对校企合作的重要性认识不足,"双师型"教师队伍建设力度不够,高职院校和企业合作也缺乏建立长远合作教育机制等。高职院校必须坚持"校企合作,产学结合"的办学思想,以党的十七大为契机,以科学发展观为指导,突出内涵建设,加强校企合作的研究和实践,只有这样才能切实有效的促进职业教育的改革与发展,实现人才培养的良性循环。

The rapid development of vocational education throws up new challenges to the enterprise-college cooperation education mode. For instance, colleges have not attached enough weight to the significance of the cooperation; there are not enough ＂dual-qualified＂ teachers; Colleges have not yet established a long-term cooperation mechanism with enterprises. In view of these, the paper recommends that higher vocational college continue to strengthen their connection with enterprises, take advantage of the government support and conduct in-depth research on enterprise-college cooperation under the guidance of scientific development philosophy.
