在H2O2轻度漂白OCC纸浆的过程中,影响纸浆亮度的主要因素是H2O2用量,其次是漂白温度和漂白时间,漂浆浓度的影响最小。最佳工艺条件为:H2O2用量为1.0%、H2O2与NaOH用量比为1∶0.6、漂白温度为70℃、漂白时间为60 min、漂白浓度为12%、Na2SiO3用量为3%、MgSO4用量为0.5%。在此条件下,OCC纸浆漂后亮度达到73.61(CIE L*),相对于OCC未漂浆亮度提高7.68(CIE L*);环压强度指数为5.52 N.m.g-1,撕裂指数为8.50 mN.m2.g-1,耐破指数为0.74 kPa.m2.g-1;漂后残液CODCr为4289 mg.L-1。
In the process of light bleaching of OCC pulp with H2O2, the main factors were H2O2 dosage and bleaching temperature. Bleaching time and pulp consistency had a small influence on the brightness of OCC pulp. The optimum conditions were as follows: H2O2 dosage 1% , the ratio of H2O2 to NaOH 1:0.6, bleaching temperature 70℃ , bleaching time 60min, pulp consistency 12% , Na2SiO3 dosage 3% , and MgSO4 dosage 0.5%. Under the optimum conditions, the brightness of bleached OCC pulp reached 73.61 ( CIE L^* ) and increased by 7.68 ( CIE L^* ) ; ring crush test index was 5.52 N·m·g^-1, tear index was 8.50 mN·m^2·g^-1, burst index was 0.74 kPa ·m^2·g^-1, CODCr of the residual liquid after bleaching was 4289 mg· L^-1.
