摘要
连续油管作业具有不压井、不动井内管串、带压施工、降低施工成本、减少产层污染等特点。针对完井修井作业中钻具内、油管或完井管串内小型落物无法采用传统的方式来进行打捞的问题,提出了用连续油管来打捞井内小型落物的思路。在德阳新场气田X井成功打捞滑套塞子的基础上,又顺利地完成了新场气田2口井的冲砂打捞施工作业。后来又在磨溪气田某井成功打捞了随钻测井的放射源(一个18 G的中子源和一个1.5 G的β源),充分展示了连续油管打捞作业的推广应用前景。
Because the small objects inside the drilling tools, tubing string or completion string cannot be fished by conventional methods during completion or service jobs, coiled tubing is proposed to be used for fishing. Successful coiled tubing flushing and fishing has been completed in 2 wells at the Xinchang gas field (Deyang), and the radiation source (a nuclear source of 18G and a β source of 1.5G) of logging while drilling on a certain well in the Moxi gas field has been fished out by coiled tubing. All these fully exhibit the promising prospects of coiled tubing fishing.
