摘要
川渝地区多数油气藏纵向上存在多个产层,且部分产层跨距较大。为解决逐层压裂的技术难题,在研究连续油管水力喷射压裂技术机理的基础上,提出利用伯努利原理,连续多层段完成水力射孔和压裂,实现水力封隔无需机械封隔。设计研制了连续油管水力喷射分层压裂井下工具,经射穿套管和喷嘴耐磨性室内实验证明,所研制的工具可以有效地射穿套管和岩石,喷嘴耐磨蚀和本体抗返溅能力强。连续油管水力喷射多层压裂工艺技术在四川试验成功,研制的工具能满足现场工艺要求,试验井取得了显著的增产效果。
Most reservoirs in Sichuan and Chongqing area have multiple payzones along the vertical line, and the span of some payzone is rather big. To solve the technical difficulties of fracturing in different payzones, on the basis of the study on the mechanism of hydrojet-perforation and hydrojet-fracture and by using the Bernoulli Principle, the technique of continuous hydraulic perforation and fracturing in multiple zones is proposed, which can realize hydraulic isolation without the need for mechanical isolation. Downhole tools for coiled tubing hydrojet-fracturing in separate zones are designed,and the laboratory experiments have proven that the tools can efficiently perforate casing and rocks, the nozzle is abrasion-resistant and the body is strong enough for fluid backsplash. The first successful field testing of hydrojet-fracturing in multiple zones using coiled tubing in the Sichuan gas field has proved that the designed tools meet the requirements of field operation, and remarkable stimulation effects have been seen in the test well.
