摘要
分析了超高相对分子质量聚乙烯的相对分子质量与力学性能的关系。结果表明,相对分子质量对拉伸强度的影响不大.而断裂伸长率随相对分子质量的增大而降低;常温冲击性能、弯曲性能随着相对分子质量的增大而有所下降。
This paper analyzed the relationship between mechanical properties and molecular mass of ultra-high molecular mass polyethylene (UHMWPE). The results show that UHMWPE's relative molecular mass exerts little impact on its tensile strength, whereas its elongation at break, ambient impact property and flexural property decrease to a certain extent as the relative molecular mass rise.
