高空迅速减压患者的临床观察及护理

Clinical observation and nursing of pilots after rapid altitude decompression

目的探讨飞行人员在高空减压后出现的症状体征及其相应的护理。方法回顾近10年来,我军发生的5起19人次高空迅速减压事件。结果除1名心理障碍严重而停飞外,余18名症状完全消失,予以放飞。结论高空减压后,对飞行人员造成心理和生理影响,减压后处置是否得当是影响病情发展的重要因素。

Objective To study the symptoms, signs and corresponding clinical nursing of pilots after rapid altitude decompression. Methods Review the data of 19 pilots in 5 cases of rapid altitude decompression during the past 10 years. Results 18 pilots recovered their health and were returned to their flying duties, 1 pilot were disqualified for flying because of serious psychological disorder. Conclusion Rapid altitude decompression may cause psychological and physical influence on pilots, Proper treatments are vital in affecting the development of disease.
