摘要
瓦楞纸板横切机控制系统中,横切机速度跟随控制是其关键技术。为了改善国内瓦楞纸板横切机速度跟随性能,减小系统的速度跟踪误差,在分析横切机生产工艺及要求的基础上,设计了瓦楞纸板横切机速度跟随模糊控制器,并利用Matlab对其进行了仿真研究。结果表明,该模糊控制器没有常规PID控制器产生的过超调,有较好的速度跟随特性和抗干扰性。
Following speed control is one of the key techniques used in the control system of corrugated cardboard crosscut machine. In order to improve the speed following performance of domestic corrugated cardboard crosscut machine and reduce speed following error of system, based on analyzing the production technology of crosscut machine, a speed fuzzy following controller of corrugated cardboard crosscut machine was designed. As a result, by emulating in Matlab, this controller does not produce the overshoot, which happens in PID controller. It also improves the speed following and anti-interference performance of crosscut machine.
