教育平等是教育公正的重要方面,但对于什么是教育平等,需要科学合理地把握,否则会流入平均主义,反而有悖于公正。教育平等有完全平等和比例平等、形式平等和实质平等之分。要做到教育公正,就是要根据教育权利、教育机会和教育资源等的性质不同,实现完全平等和比例平等、形式平等和实质平等的统一。

Educational equality is an important aspect of educational justice. However, with regard to what is educational equality, we need to master it scientifically and rationally; otherwise it will get into equalitarianism and go against educational justice. Educational equality includes total equality, proportionate equality, nominal equality and substantive equality. We should realize the unity of total equality and proportionate equality, as well as nominal equality and substantive equality according to different qualities of educational right, opportunity and resources, etc. to achieve educational justice.
