摘要 运用了CBERS-2影像处理、人工判读分类等过程,得到了宁夏土地利用类型数据库,以此为依据,按照生态环境状况指数评价技术规范,结合地面调查统计数据,对宁夏生态环境质量现状及变化趋势进行了评价分析.结果表明,2000—2005年宁夏大部分地区生态环境质量有所好转,但是由于宁夏地处西北干旱区,生态环境质量总体水平较差,境内大部分地区生态环境状况处于"一般"级别.提出了今后应进一步制定和完善政策措施,坚持在遵循自然规律的基础上,科学地治理生态环境,防止治理恢复区域生态环境破坏现象反弹,使生态环境质量能够呈现整体的持续好转. By treating the CBERS-2 image of the studying area, we sorted the land use types through manual interpretation, and developed land use types data-base about Ningxia. Furthermore, we investigated on the spot, and according to the eco-environmental quality evaluation technical criterion, the status and changing tendency of Ningxia eco-environmental quality was evaluated and analyzed. Our research suggested that the eco-environmental quality in the majority of Ningxia increased in a sense. But located in the northwest arid area, Ningxia municipality is the seventh worst district in China. The quality of the most areas here are general, and there are no excellent counties. Finally, some suggestions are recommended to the readers. On the basis of the combination of policy constituted and consummated, and keeping to the order of nature, we should further the eco-environment scientifically, prevent the rebound of renewed regions, and ensure the sustainable development of Ningxia eco-environmental quality.
