摘要
随着电力综合自动化技术的不断发展,备自投的实现方式已经出现了极大的变化,加上微机型继电器保护和PLC等装置在电力自动化领域得以广泛应用,备自投的逻辑及其在现阶段的实现方法与过去相比有了很大的改进.韶钢第一热电站采用微机保护装置的逻辑控制方式取代了传统断路器辅助触点作为启动母联开关自投的方式,从而提高了备自投的可靠性和效率.
Along with the advancement of automation techniques employed in electric power industry, the method of realizing an automatic closing of back-up power supply has experienced a great change. For instance, due to the wide use of computer-aided relay protection and PLC devices in the automation of power industry, a great improvement has been made in the automatic closing logic for back-up power supply, and in the method of realizing the closing. The traditional automatic closing way, in which auxiliary contacts added on a circuit breaker are used for starting the closing action, has been replaced by a logic control coupled with computer aided protection at SISG' s No. 1 thermal power station, thus markedly improving the reliability and efficiency of the automatic closing method for back-up power supply.
