Novel method for determination of bromate in drinking water by ion chromatography

摘要 建立了利用离子色谱法测定饮用水中溴酸根的新方法。水样经H-Ag柱处理后,溴酸根和氯能得到很好的分离。色谱分析采用AS11-HC柱(4mm),以超纯水配制KOH淋洗液,流速为1.0mL/min,用电导检测器检测溴酸根。溴酸根质量浓度在0.010~5.0mg/L范围内其线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.61%,相对标准偏差RSD为1.3%(n=5)。 A method for determining bromate in drinking water by ion chromatography is described. After the samples of drinking water are purified by an H-Ag column, the bromide and bromate in water samples are separated effectively. The chromatographic analysis was performed on an AS11-HC (4ram) column, using KOH eluant made with super-pure water as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and an electrical conductivity detector was used. Good linearity was maintained in the range of 0. 010-5.0mg/L. The aver- age recovery was 98.61% (n=5) and RSD=1. 3%.
