Advances in tissue engineering vascular grafts

摘要 利用生物反应器构建人工血管是血管组织工程的核心技术之一,一直受到国内外学者和临床医生的广泛关注。文章就组织工程化培养生物反应器关键问题、血管生物反应器设计、生物反应器在工程化血管构建中的应用进行综述,并就今后的焦点问题和研究方向进行论述。
