ADC值与rADC值诊断脑肿瘤的应用价值 被引量:14

摘要 目的研究磁共振扩散加权成像(DWI)表观扩散系数值(ADC)和相对表观扩散系数值(rADC)诊断脑肿瘤的应用价值。资料与方法对69例拟诊脑肿瘤患者除常规序列及增强扫描外加作DWI,并测算肿瘤实质及肿瘤实质对侧镜面正常区的ADC和rADC值。结果低级胶质瘤42例,高级胶质瘤15例,脑膜瘤12例。3组肿瘤的ADC值及rADC值差异均有统计学意义(ADC:F=13.882,P=0.000,rADC:F=19.858,P=0.000);低级胶质瘤与高级胶质瘤、脑膜瘤ADC值差异均有统计学意义(q=5.1499和6.4714,P<0.01),低级胶质瘤与高级胶质瘤、脑膜瘤rADC值差异均有统计学意义(q=6.1344和7.7569,P<0.01),高级胶质瘤与脑膜瘤差异无统计学意义(ADC:q=1.4697,P>0.05,rADC:q=1.7915,P>0.05)。结论ADC值和rADC值对胶质瘤的分级诊断很有价值。 Objective To evaluate the value of ADC and rADC in the diagnosis of brain tumors. Materials and Methods 69 patients were performed with MRI,included the plain MR scan,enhanced MR scan and DWI. ADC and rADC value of the tumoral parenchyma and contralateral normal region were measured. Results There were 42 low grade glio- mas, 15 high grade gliomas, 12 meningiomas. Significant differences of the ADC and rADC value were existed among 3 group of tumors( F = 13. 882,19. 858 ,P = 0. 000). SNK test showed significant differences in ADC and rADC value between low grade and high grade glioma, low grade glioma and meningioma (ADC:q = 5. 1499 and 6. 4714,P 〈 0.01 , rADC :q = 6.1344 and 7. 7569, P 〈 0.01 ) , there was no statistic differences between high grade glioma and meningioma (ADC :q = 1. 4697, P 〉 0.05,rADC :q = 1. 7915,P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The ADC and rADC value are very valuable in grading of brain glioma.
