摘要
为了客观地评价输油站场的安全性,采用"DOW 化学公司火灾、爆炸指数评价法"来确定物质、设备及工艺装置等存在的潜在危险性,定量计算火灾爆炸可能导致的危害程度和停产损失,是一种有效的手段。
In order to objectively evaluate the safety of an oil station,DOW's fire and explosion index method is put forward,and its principle and evaluation proce- dures are discussed.It can quantitatively calculate the extent of harm and economic loss due to fire and explosion,and evaluate the potential hazard in mate- rials,equipment and process units.
