摘要
用微波辐射法合成硅酸钇基质掺稀土系列6种荧光体,用X-射线粉末衍射测定其相组成,并测定了荧光体的激发光谱和发射光谱.在254nm光激发下,测定其色坐标.研究了激活剂浓度对发光强度的影响.
Six RE(Ⅲ) activated yttrium orthosilicates phosphors were synthesized with the microwave irradiation method. The X ray powder diffraction data show their structure belongs to monoclinic system.The maximum excitation spectra and the maximum emission spectra were measured. Under 254 nm excitation, the chromatic coordinates of the phosphors were measured. Effects of RE(Ⅲ) concentration on the luminescence intensity of phosphors are also studied.
