环境友好型氟碳防锈乳液的制备研究

Development of Environmentally Friendly Fluorocarbon Anti-Rust Emulsion

以丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸六氟丁酯、甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯、甲基丙烯酸为单体,可聚合含磷单体为功能单体合成了一种水性防锈氟碳乳液。乳液及其涂膜具有较好的综合性能,用该乳液配制的水性防锈涂料与普通苯丙乳液相比具有更优异的防锈性能。

A kind of waterborne anti - rust fluorocarbon emulsion is synthesized with butyl acrylate, hexafluorobutyl acrylate, decafluoroheptyl methacrylate and methacrylic acid as the monomers, ethenyl phosphate as the functional monomer. The emulsion shows good comprehensive properties, the waterborne anti- rust paint therefrom shows much better anti -rust performance than the paint from the common styrene -acrylate emulsion.
