摘要
航道通过能力关系到整个港口运行组织和发展规划,科学合理确定航道通过能力具有非常重要的理论与现实意义。在研究过程中将排队论理论引入对航道通过能力的决策,利用排队论的动态计算特点实现对受限航道饱和度的动态计算。进而将提出的方法应用到天津港主航道规划设计和扩建工程中,应用结果表明该方法能客观地评价航道当前的运行状态,证明了港口的受限航道通过能力计算模型及预测仿真方法的可用性和可靠性。
Channel capacity is an important factor in port operation and development planning. It is of theoretical and practical significance to scientifically and rationally decide the capacity of restricted channels. This paper decides the capacity of restricted channels with the queuing theory. The dynamic calculation of the degree of saturation of restricted channels is achieved through the dynamic features of queuing theory calculation. The method is applied to the main channel planning and design of the expansion project in Tianjin port. The results show that with the method the operational status of the channel is evaluated objectively, and prove the method feasible and reliable.
