摘要
应用计算机检索Pubmed数据库、中国期刊全文数据库和万方数据库2000-01/2007-12期间的相关文献56篇,总结乙型病毒性肝炎实验动物模型的研究进展。目前制作的各种动物模型各有优缺点,仅能模拟部分或阶段乙型病毒性肝炎发病相似进程,仍缺乏能模拟乙型病毒性肝炎的的发生,发展过程的有效系统。组织工程学及转基因技术的进步和发展,制作理想的人乙型病毒性肝炎动物模型已有进展,特别是肝细胞人源化的转基因鼠的出现为研究者模拟人类乙型病毒性肝炎的发生发展提供较理想的动物模型成为可能。
Fifty-six publications were found in Pubmed Database, China Journals Full-text Database and Wanfang Database from January 2000 to December 2007. These articles summarized the research progress in animal models of human hepatitis B virus. At present, each kind of animal model has advantage and disadvantage. One animal model can only mimic the part or a stage of the pathogenesis of human hepatitis B virus, still lack of a effective and systemic animal model which can mimic the occurrence and developing process of human hepatitis B virus. The progress of tissue engineering and transgenic technology provide a chance to create better animal model of human hepatitis B virus, in particular, the importance of the liver cell humanized transgenic mice for studying human hepatitis B virus.
