摘要
中餐菜名的翻译对传播中国饮食文化起着积极的推动作用。近几年来,许多专家学者对菜名翻译进行了多方面的研究和探讨。综合各家论点,对菜名翻译研究的历史和现状、菜名翻译的功能特点以及翻译方法进行了分析和归纳,希望为今后的菜名翻译提供一些思路和借鉴。
The translation of Chinese dishes plays an active role in spreading Chinese dietetic culture. In recent years, many researches have been made in this area from different aspects and much achievement has been made. A general review and analysis of the historical and present situation, the functional characteristics and the translation methods look forward to some new ideas for the future research in this area.
