Study Progress of Early Diagnosis of Cancer of Colon

大肠癌的早期诊断至今仍然是消化道肿瘤诊断学方面尚未完全解决的问题,为近年来临床及基础研究的热点。本文主要从粪便大肠脱落标志物检测、血清学检查、影像学检查,以及内镜学检查等方面对近年来大肠癌早期诊断的研究进展进行综述。

The early diagnosis of cancer of colon is the suspending question in the diagnosis of cancer of digestive tract till now,which is also the hot spot of preclinical and clinical study in recent years. This article reviews the study progress about early diagnosis of cancer of colon based on many aspects, such as detection of marker from stool test, serologic examination, imaging examination, endoscopic examination and so on.
