库尔勒香梨粗皮果的初步研究

The Primary Study on Rough Fruit of Korla Fragrant Pear

通过对库尔勒香梨粗皮果在树冠内外膛的分布情况和果实品质的田间观测和实验室测定分析表明,91%的粗皮果分布于内膛枝,仅9%分布于外膛,不同部位的粗皮果的各果形比例也不同。粗皮果的石细胞团直径、密度和含量较高,硬度大,可滴定酸含量高,可溶性固形物低。说明粗皮果的果实品质较差。

The experimental analysis and field observation were used to study the rough fruit of Korla Fragrant Pear. The result showed that the proportion of rough pear was 91% in interior of tree while 9% in periphery of tree. The proportion of fruit shape of rough pear in different shoots was dissimilar. Comparing with healthy pear, the diameter, density and content of stone cell, the flesh rigidity and titration acid contents in rough fruit were higher, but the total soluble solid content was lower. It was accountes that the fruit quality of rough pear was inferior.
