摘要
目的:观察痹清胶囊对尿酸钠(MSU)诱导的大鼠急性痛风性关节炎的防治作用,并探讨其作用机制。方法:用MSU诱导大鼠痛风性关节炎,观测血管细胞粘附分子-1(VCAM-1)表达的改变。测定肿胀的足组织中前列腺素(PGE_2)的含量。结果:痹清胶囊可以明显降低炎症组织中的PGE_2含量,下调滑膜组织中VCAM-1表达。结论:痹清胶囊治疗痛风性关节炎可能与降低炎症组织中的PGE_2含量,下调滑膜组织中VCAM-1表达有关。
Objective: To explore the effects and mechanisms of Biqing capsule on gouty arthritis induced by MSU in mouse. Method: Acute gouty arthritis model of rat was induced by MSU suspension intraarticular injection.The VCAM-1 expression was determined and the level of PGE2 was determined in the swelling paw. Result: Biqing Capsules can significantly reduced inflammation in the PGEz levels in the synovial tissue and VCAM-1 expression of inflammatory cells was reduced. Conclusion: The Biqing capsule's anti-inflammation and analgesia mechanism may be related to decreased the levels of PGE2 in the synovial tissue and reduced the expression of VCAM-1.
