摘要
步进电机是一种将脉冲信号转换为相应角位移的执行元件,在工业控制领域应用广泛。本文介绍了步进电机的控制原理,详细论述了采用单片机的控制方法,并以35BY48L02步进电机为例,分析设计了单片机的硬件接口电路及步进电机的软件控制方法。该设计具有通用性,对于不同步进电机,可以通过修改相应的电路及相关程序实现,提高了系统控制的灵活性。
Stepping motor is an actuator that can convert the pulse industry area. In the paper the control principle of stepping motor been discussed in detail, which MCU has been used to control the signal to degree displacement, which is widely used in has been introduced. The control method has been has stepping motor. For example the 35BY48L02 stepping motor has also used. Hardware interface circuit of MCU and the software control method of the stepping motor have been designed. The design has great generality. For different stepping motors, the function has been realized by modify corresponding circuit and program. The practice shows that the system has great flexibility.
