摘要
虚拟轴数控机床是机器人技术与机床技术相结合产生的高科技产物,具有高精度、高刚性、高速度、高加速度、高柔性、高灵活性、推力大、重量轻等优异性能。介绍了虚拟轴数控机床的研究内容,提出了虚拟轴数控机床设计的关键问题及其解决方案,总结了这种直接驱动技术的意义。
Virtual-axis NC machine tool is a high tech product of combined robot technology with machine tool technology, which has excellent properties of high precision, high rigidity, high speed, high acceleration, high flexibility, high flexibility, large thrust, and light weight, etc. This paper introduces the research contents of the virtual-axis NC machine tool, puts forward the key problem and its solutions in the design of virtual-axis NC machine tool, and summarizes the significance of the direct drive technology.
