摘要 目前,我国高校官本位倾向愈演愈烈,高校的行政化倾向不断得到强化,行政权力主导与控制学校教学与科研活动,教师的当官意识浓厚等等,这种倾向严重制约了高校的学术自由和创新精神,对高校求真求知求实的学术氛围及其办学质量产生了严重的负面影响,克服这种不良倾向的条件是,从我国历史名校中反省,向西方一流大学取经,根本还在于体制的改革与创新。 In China, official-favoritism is prevailing in universities so administrative officials have extremely strong powers to dominate the teaching and research activities. As such, university teachers prefer the option of taking position of administrative official, which seriously hinders the academic freedom, pursuit of innovation, and the competitiveness of universities. The solution lies in the reform on organizational structure to discard the official- favoritism, and learning from first-class international universities their efficient management while encouraging academic research, teaching and innovation.
