摘要
齿轮传动在雷达天线座传动系统中被广泛采用,目前正向着高速、低噪、轻质、精密的方向发展。针对雷达天线座齿轮传动系统的特点,以其末级一对渐开线直齿轮副为研究对象建立了齿轮间隙非线性单自由度数学模型,利用MATLAB/Simulink对齿轮间隙非线性动力学模型进行数值仿真求解,研究了在不同齿侧间隙情况下,系统的非线性动力学响应特性,并为今后在工程实践中合理设计齿轮间隙提供理论依据。
Gear drive is widely used in the radar antenna pedestal transmission system. At present it is developing toward high speed, low noise, the light weight and high precision. This article focuses at the radar antenna pedestal gear drive system characteristics, and establishes a gear clearance non-linearity single degree of freedom mathematical model, taking its last pair of involute spur gear as the object of study, carried out the numerical simulation and solution using MATLAB/Simulink to the gear gap non-linear dynamics model, it also studied system non-linear dynamics response characteristics for the different gear gap and provided a theoretical basis for designing reasonable gear gap in the future engineering practice.
