摘要
主镜的面形精度与光轴中心偏差影响经纬仪的成像质量与测量精度。为了(减小)调整装配前后主镜的(变形)面形精度,本文介绍了检测主镜面形误差的几种方法及优缺点。为了保证经纬仪的测量精度,首次提出了大口径主镜光轴中心偏差的调整与检验方法并确定主镜光轴中心偏差调整精度小于0.05mm。
Precision of surface shape and aberration effects imagery and test accuracy of a survey theodolite. In order to de- crease deforms of a main mirror where assembly incur, the article introduces several methods to test the surface of a main mirror, to ensure testing precision of the theodolite, a method of adjustment and testing center error in a large main mirror is brought forward for the first time, it's adjusting precision of center error is less than 0.05mm.
