摘要
本文研究用单片微型计算机产生最优给定信号,使直流电动机在起动过程中能耗最小的控制方法。基于庞特里雅金最大值原理,文中推导了不同系统形式的最优给定信号,讨论了用MCS-51系列单片微机产生这类信号的电路和程序设计方法。分析表明,采用这种控制方法后,起动过程的铜耗减小到90%左右。实验亦证实了这种方法的有效性。
The optimal reference signal generated by a single-chip microcomputer for energy-saving during DC motor start-up is proposed.Based on Pontryagin's maximum principle, the expressions of reference signal for different types of system are derived and the circuit as well as programming with a single-chip microcomputer (Intel MCS-51) is suggested. It has been found that a 10% reduction in energy loss can be achieved.
