摘要
目的:探讨DADLE(冬眠诱导触发物类似物)对失血性休克大鼠血压和心功能的影响。
Objective: To investigate the hemodynamic effect of DADLE on rats with hemorrhagic shock. Methods: A model of rat with hemorrhagic shock was established in 36 healthy male SD rats. The rats were randomly divided into sham group, sterile water-treated group and DADLE-treated group (divided into 1 mg/kg group and 5 mg/kg group). All animals were observed for 3 hours after resuscitation and MAP,+dP/dtmax were recorded every time point. Result: After hemorrhagic shock and resuscitation,MBP, +dP/dtmax had no significant change in the sterile water-treated group, and remained descended after resuscitation. All hemodynamic datas inceased rapidly after DADLE (1 mg/kg or 5mg/kg)was administrated. The data reached a zenith at 30 minutes after resuscitation. The data were significantly different from the sterile water-treated group (P 〈 0.05). There was no significant difference between 1 mg/kg or 5 mg/kg DADLE-treated groups. Conclusion: DADLE can improve the hemodynamic data during the course of hemorrhagic shock.
