双头单螺杆泵结构优化设计

摘要 重点讨论了等壁厚双头单螺杆泵和常规双头单螺杆泵衬套在均匀压力和工作压差的作用下的变形、应力以及应变的变化情况。用ANSYS分别对衬套、螺杆的受力情况做了有限元计算,揭示了双头单螺杆泵衬套、螺杆的受力状态和变形规律,证实了等厚衬套优于常规衬套;并对螺杆的直径和导程进行了参数化优化研究;为等壁厚双头单螺杆泵的优化设计提供了理论基础和有效的数值模拟方法。 The deformation,stress and strain' s distribution of the uniform thickness double - helix single screw pump and con-ventional double - helix single screw pump bush were discussed on the condition of uniform pressure and pressure difference.The stress of bush and screw has been respectively undergone finite el-ement computation with the application of ANSYS,and the de-formation law and the screw stressful condition of the double - he-lix single screw pump bush were analyzed,thus the superiority of uniform thickness bush,compared with the conventional bush was confirmed.At the same time,the parametrization optimization for the screw diameter was carried out.Finally,the rationale and the effective numerical simulation method for optimization design of u-niform thickness double - helix single screw pump has been pro-vided.
