摘要
对环保节能型两段炉煤气站与玻璃熔窑等设备检修周期的匹配、煤气稳定性控制、节能降耗和环保达标等方面进行了综合分析,分析结果显示,环保节能型两段炉煤气站无论在节能降耗还是环保达标方面,完全符合《平板玻璃行业准入条件》所提出的要求,而且符合玻璃行业的应用要求,具有相当的成本优势。
The passage analyses synthetically the matching of double stage gasifier （environmental protection and energysaving type） with examining and repairing period of glass melting tank equipment, the stability control of coal gas, energy-saving and lower consumption, and the feasibility in environmental protection. The result shows that double stage coal gasifier （environmental protection and energy-saving type） accords completely with admittance terms for flat glass industry and is feasible for glass industry no matter in the aspect of energy-saving or environmental protection. And also, it has huge advantage in saving cost.
