摘要 本文按照“投入-活动-产出”(简记IPO)的控制论模型,采用结构化的设计方法,建立了中国体育事业指标体系。这个指标体系的总体结构是一个倒置的树状结构,它基本上能覆盖体育事业的各个领域。 In October, 1984, the central committee of the communist Party of China Proposed that China should be built into a strong nation in physical education in the world, For this target, we must build an index system which can cover all aspects of physical education to enforce target management. In order to build an index system of socialist physical eoucation with Chinese characteristics, we must take in new achievements from modern science and technology, and we should also insist on dialectical materialism, and information theory, system theory and information theory.In this paper, on the basis of the papers (1-4), we build an index system of China's physical education according to the 'Input-Activity-Output' or 'Input-Process-Output', a model of control theory. And we brief the merits of 'Input-Activity-Output' model. It can reflect the development law of physical education itself, and it can also show fu(?) target of the index system mo s(?)entifically, and the fundamental principal of preparing the index system much better. At the end. weconclude that the characteristics of the method of researching the index system is scientific, the basics of the theory is reliable. It suffices that the index system can ecver fit each field oF physical education, also the index system shows the development of physical euucation.
