小粒软米型籼稻不育系百A的选育及应用

Breeding and Application of Indica CMS Line Bai A with Soft and Small Grains

百A是以小粒型优质保持系秋B作母本，软米型籼稻品种浙农8010作父本杂交制保后与秋A测交、回交转育而成的优质软米型不育系。该不育系花粉以典败为主，败育彻底，柱头外露率高，异交习性好，对“九二0”敏感；可恢性好，配合力高；分蘖力强；谷粒细长，千粒重14～15g，品质优。所配组合以感光类型为主，且稻米品质优。其中，百优1025（百A／桂1025）和百优1191（百A／桂1191）分别于2007和2008年通过广西品种审定。

Bai A, whose maintainer line was developed from the cross between Zhenong 8010, a soft grain indica variety, and Qiu B, a maintainer line with small grains and good grain quality, is a new indica CMS line with the characteristics of strong tillering ability, stable and complete male sterility, favorable outcrossing habits, high combining ability, low 1000-grain-weight （ 14 - 15 g） and good grain quality. Most of the F1 hybrids from Bai A are photoperiod sensitive. Bai A and its hybrids Baiyou 1025 （Bai A/Gui 1025）, Baiyou 1191 （Bai A/Gui 1191 ） were certified for commercial production by the Guangxi Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in 2007 and 2008, respectively.
