摘要
经编网格复合材料以其优异的性能和潜在的应用前景受到人们的广泛关注.研究了玻璃纤维经编网格织物的结构设计与编织工艺.通过分析网格组织结构、编织时的牵拉密度以及成圈梳栉与衬纬梳栉送经量之比等参数对网格织物力学性能以及玻璃纱线编织损伤的影响,找出了提高织物性能的方法,给出了较优化的上机工艺参数.
The warp knitted net composite has received increasing interest for its unique properties and potential application in recent years. The knitting process and the structure design of warp net preform with large openings are investigated. A study on the effect of knitting conditions such as the setting up of basic knitting element, run-in ratio, take-up'of preform, etc. on the mechanical properties is also conducted. Based on a series of trials and theoretical analysis the optimal technique parameters can be derived to reduce yarn damage and improve the knitting efficiency and the properties of end products.
