新型发酵豆粕对断乳仔猪生长及生理生化的影响 被引量:15

Effects of Fermented Soybean on Growth Performance,Serum Biochemical Indexes and Nutrient Apparent Digestibility in Weaned Piglets

摘要 选用健康、体况相似,体重为(4.753±0.38)kg的26日龄杜枫姜断乳仔猪90头,分为对照组和2个试验组,每组3个重复,各重复10头。对照组饲喂普通豆粕,试验Ⅰ组用17.5%的新型发酵豆粕替代基础日粮中的普通豆粕,试验Ⅱ组用35%的新型发酵豆粕完全替代基础日粮中的普通豆粕,饲养时间为20 d。结果表明,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组仔猪平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),分别提高13.90%(P<0.05)、50.55%(P<0.01),试验Ⅱ组料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。仔猪腹泻率试验I组(P<0.05)和Ⅱ组(P<0.01)均显著降低;与对照组相比,两试验组尿素氮浓度显著降低(P<0.05),血糖浓度显著升高(P<0.05)。试验Ⅱ组血清总蛋白浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组粗脂肪、粗蛋白的表观消化率与对照组相比显著提高(P<0.05),钙、总磷的表观消化率与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明新型发酵豆粕可提高断乳仔猪生产性能和养分表观消化率,改善其血液生化指标水平,且以发酵豆粕完全替代普通豆粕时效果最佳。 Ninety healthy cross-bred (Duroc×Fengjing×Jiangquhai)piglets, 26-days-old, similar status, weighing an average of (4.753±0.38)kg, were randomly assigned to three groups, one control group and two treatments, each with three replication and ten piglets with each pen. The groups received the same basal diet supplemented with 0, 17.5%, 35% fermented soy- bean meal respectively. The feeding trial lasted for 20 days. The results showed that, treatment I and treatment Ⅱ were significantly higher than control group in average daily gain, which were 13.90%(P〈0.05), 50.55%(P〈O.O1)respectively. The ratio of feed to weight of treatment U was significantly lower than that of control group (P〈0.05). Treatment I and treatment Ⅱ were significantly lower than control group in diarrhea rate, (P〈0.05,P〈0.01)respectively. Treatment I and treatment II were significantly lower than control group in serum urea nitrogen (P〈0.05), and were significantly higher than control group in blood sugar levels (P〈0.05), total protein of treatment II was significantly higher than that of control group (P〈0.05). Fermented soybean meal in treatment I and treatment Ⅱ increased the nutrient apparent digestibility of crude fat, crude protein (P〈0.05). The nutrient apparent digestibility of calcium and total phosphorus was not significant (P〉0.05). Fermented soybean meal could increase growth performance and nutrient apparent digestibility of weaned piglets and improve the serum biochemical indexes. The best was that the common soybean meal was replaced by fermented soybean meal completely.
