摘要
采用微波辅助法提取当归中的阿魏酸,通过L9(34)正交实验确定最佳提取工艺。研究结果表明:在乙醇体积分数为65%,料液比为1∶9,微波时间为4 m in,微波功率为480 W时,提取效果最好。实验操作简单,可行性强,为当归的提取方法提供科学依据。
The microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) technology of ferulic acid from angelica sinensis was studied. It was concluded the optimal conditions with orthogonal test ( L9 (3^4 ) ) : adding 9 times amout of 65% ( V% ) ethanol,time of extraction treatment 4 min , power of microwave radiation :480 W. The operation is simple, feasible and provides a scientific basis for the extraction method of angelica sinensis.
