摘要
依据《GB/T10345-2007白酒分析方法》中酒精计测量方法,对该测量过程进行不确定度分析,找出影响该过程的不确定度分量来源并进行评定,最后给出完整不确定度报告。
According to Methods of analysis for Chinese spirits （GB/T 10345-2007）, the process of determining alcohol content in liquor by alcoholmeter is analyzed in this paper, and the origins of uncertainty are found to perform an uncertainty evaluation. At last a whole report of uncertainty evaluation is given.
