摘要
研究了小团队内部的人际关系对知识共享的影响,认为不同的人际关系对显性知识和隐性知识共享的影响不同,并针对小团队的特点,构建其内部二人之间知识共享的冲突模型。经分析,得到知识共享的两个稳定局势:情感性人际关系的成员之间倾向于同时共享显性知识和隐性知识,混合性人际关系的成员之间则倾向于仅共享显性知识,而冲突型的人际关系不会长期存在于小团队中,且倾向于不共享知识。丰富了团队内知识共享的研究,并为有效展开知识共享提供了一个新的思路——选择性格相近的人组队,在成员之间建立情感性人际关系。
This paper which deals with the influence teams, believes different interpersonal relationship has (TK) sharing, aims at the characteristic of small teams of interpersonal relationship on knowledge sharing (TK) in small diverse effect on explicit knowledge (EK) and tacit knowledge , establishes a conflict model between two people. Through analysis finally educes the steady situations of KS, namely, members with emotional relationship tends to share TK and EK while members with mixed relationship share EK, and conflict relationship can't exist long-term and no TK in it. This paper enriches knowledge sharing research in teams, and brings forward a new method for KS, namely, choosing members with similar personality and set up emotional relationship
