摘要
纳豆激酶具有很强的体内外溶栓作用,并具口服吸收溶栓的优点,是一具有开发潜力的食源性溶栓药物。对纳豆激酶分离纯化技术的研究现状和发展趋势进行了综述,讨论了传统的柱层析与新型的超顺磁性聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)微球、膨胀床吸附和反胶团萃取等分离方法,提出了将新型分离技术应用于纳豆激酶的分离以提高其纯度和产率,对大规模生产的分离纯化有一定的指导意义。
Besides absorption with advantage, nattokinase, potential as foodbome thrombolytic drugs, plays a vital role in thrombolysis in vitro and in vivo. The progress of separation and purification technology of nattokinase was summarized, traditional column chromatography, novel separation technology, such as superparamagnetic poly (methyl methacrylate) beads, expanded bed adsorption and reversed micelles extraction were discussed. Application of novel separation technology in separation nattokinase to advance its purity and output was put forward, which was of guiding significance in mass separation and purification production.
