采用文献资料法、调查法、专家访谈法,并运用近年来高校高水平运动队建设的理论研究成果探讨了未来我国高校高水平运动队的管理体制与运行机制,旨在把握其未来发展趋势,寻求一种先进的、适合我国社会发展的、并能与国际接轨的高校高水平运动队管理体制和运行机制。

Research techniques such as literature material, survey procedure, and expert interview law were used to discuss future management system and operational mechanism for high-level sports team in China University. Recent theoretical achievement about them was also applied to consider and grasp its future trend of development. The article sought to find a management system and an operational mechanism for high-level sports team which should he advanced,adaptive to China social development and in line with international trends.
