2006年西安地区儿童肺炎支原体感染的流行病学分析 被引量:28

摘要 目的探讨2006年西安地区儿童呼吸道肺炎支原体(MP)感染的流行病学状况。方法应用MP快速培养法对西安地区2006年1月~12月5250例急性呼吸道感染患儿的咽拭子标本进行MP培养检测。结果5250例急性呼吸道感染患儿的咽拭子标本中MP培养阳性1289例,总阳性率为24.55%。其中〈1岁、1~3岁、3~5岁、〉5岁各不同年龄纽患儿中MP阳性检出率分则是18.4%,29.48%,27.91%和19.25%;不同季度MP感染的检出率分别是:1~3月14.12%,4~6月23.84%,7~9月35.48%,10-12月24.0%,其中第三季度(7~9月)MP感染的检出率明显高于其它季度(P〈0.01)。结论MP为西安地区儿童呼吸道感染的主要病原体,各年龄儿童人群普遍易感;2006年第三季度MP感染检出率较高,可能有小流行。 Objective To explore the epidemiologic status of mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP) infection in children in Xi'an in 2006. Methods From January 2006 to December 2006,5 250 pharyngeal samples of children with acute respiratory tract infection (ARI) for MP detection were performed by rapid culture method. Results Of the 5 250 children with ARI,1 289 were MP culture positive, the total positive rate was 24.55%. The positive rates of MP were 18. 4%,29. 48%,27.91% and 19.25% ,respectively in under 1 years old, 1- 3 years old, 3- 5 years old and above 5 years old groups. The MP positive rates were 14. 12%, 23. 84%, 35. 48% and 24. 0%,respectively in the first quarter, the second, the third and the fourth. And the incidence of MP infection in the third quarter was higher than that in other quarters(P〈0. 01). Conclusion MP is a main etiological agent of ARI in children in Xi'an, and there might be a prevalence peak of MP infection in the third quarter in 2006.
