高分辨率CT在垂体腺瘤术前评估中的意义

Estimation of pituitary adenoma by preoperative HRCT

目的探讨垂体腺瘤患者术前进行高分辨率CT扫描的意义。方法117例垂体腺瘤患者术前均进行高分辨率CT(HRCT)检查,并根据清晰的影像学解剖结构指导手术治疗。结果通过高分辨率CT检查能了解鞍区骨性结构及毗邻关系,蝶窦的形态及其分隔。结论术前进行高分辨率CT检查对于垂体腺瘤手术方式的选择有指导意义,并有助于避免术中损伤视神经及颈内动脉。

[Objective] To evaluate the usefulness of high resolution CT images before operating on patients with pituitary adenoma. [Methods] High resolution bone window CT was performed in 117 cases with pituitary adenoraa. Different surgical route were selected according to the direct visualization of the anatomy of sellar area.[Results] This HRCT image was useful in evaluating the bony components of the sellar area, deviation of the septum, the bony structure and mucosa in the sphenoid sinus, and the condition of the sellar floor. [Conclusion] High resolution bone window CT is helpful in determining the surgical route to remove the pituitary adenoma, especially in avoiding the injury of the optic nerve and the internal carotid artery.
