摘要
建筑节能领域的经济激励模式有2种,基于成本的激励模式和基于性能的激励模式。本文根据地源热泵应用的特点,建立了政府与房地产企业之间的委托—代理模型,进行了信息对称和不对称情况下的最优代理模式分析,确定了适合促进地源热泵建筑应用的基于成本激励的模式。
There were cost-based inspiring model and performance-based inspiring model in economic inspiring models for building energy efficiency. Based on the characteristics of GSHPs' application, the commission-agent model was established in this paper, the optimal agent modes in the conditions of symmetry and asymmetry of information were analyzed respectively, and the cost-based inspiring model for promoting the application of GSHPs in buildings was determined.
