摘要 详细考察了柴油清净剂对柴油氧化安定性的影响。方差分析表明,加剂柴油实际胶质主要影响因素为柴油,氧化安定性不溶物主要影响因素为柴油,其次为柴油清净剂。加剂柴油实际胶质与空白柴油实际胶质呈线性关系。军用柴油氧化安定性好,加入清净剂对氧化安定性影响较小。轻柴油氧化安定性差,实际胶质高,氧化安定性不溶物多。清净剂对其氧化安定性性能影响很大;实际胶质变化率范围为-38.2%~16.4%;氧化安定性总不溶物均下降,下降率范围为32%~68%。通常选用能够显著降低胶质和氧化安定性不溶物的清净剂。 Effects of detergent on oxidation stability of diesel were investigated in this paper.The results showed that gum of diesel with detergent is mainly affected by diesel and the oxidation total insolubles is mainly determined by diesel and secondly by diesel detergent.The gum of diesel with detergent keeps linear relationship with that of blank diesel.Military diesels enjoy high performance of oxidation stability,little gums,total insolubles and detergent has little effect on them.Light diesels have bad oxidation stability,and high gums and insolubles and detergent has great effects on them.When detergents added,gums change between-38.2% and 16.4%,and oxidation total insolubles decreases between 32% and 68%.The detergent which can reduce sharply the gum and total insolubles is preferred.
